  • See all contacts: Select All Contacts in the sidebar. This list compiles contacts from different accounts into one list.

  • See contacts in a network directory service: Select the directory in the sidebar, then search for a contact.

To change how contact names appear and are sorted in the list, or to not show suggested contacts found in other apps, choose Contacts > Preferences, click General, then deselect the related options. To learn more about the options, click the Help button at the bottom of the pane.
